Shipping policy

At times there maybe longer then most for orders. Always allow up to two to four weeks or longer based on holiday, Covid or other delay related issues.  Please order early for better arrival.  We strive to have items that allow better shipping so that you can have them soon and thank you for your patience and understanding.

If your orders have been marked as delivered and confirmed of such , there are no chargebacks or refunds on items that we haven't been given proof as such and must receive some proof of this and can not be held liable for missing, lost or stolen packaged products.  We strive and have no control of shipping delivery.  This is and will not be our fault and will strive to do everything to work with you and the carrier to find out.  But the steps are that once the delivery is confirmed and we do not have our product returned if it is under the return policy steps then we can not refund or all charge back under the shopifyprotect. If it was especially ordered on a thirdparty app and not through our website. 

If a customer does this and the item has been confirmed this will not be liable and will still stay as charged.  Chargebacks from banks have to honor this and release once they received on our end done everything to help the customer.  But we are not liable to do this but strive to do what we can.  The bank chargeback must be released and we will not be responsible for things that are out of our control.  Customer must work with the info of the carrier or local channels in regards to not received, lost or stolen packages.

It is important that you give the information that we provide and report this to your carrier from your tracking information.  We will give this and help you just make sure you contact us before doing anything.  If you have charged back after delivery is confirmed this will not be legitimate proof of reason to be refunded.
